Professional Email Address Add-On

  • A professional email address using your domain name, for example: YourName@YourBusiness.com.
  • Email address is through Google’s G-Suite.  That means this service comes with everything that G-Suite offers, such as 30GB of space, integration with Outlook, and easy file sharing.

Website

Here’s how it works

You provide us with links to all of your social media, current website (if you have one), pictures to include, and any information that you want to include on your website.  Then we make your new website on a temporary domain so you can see the progress.  Once you are happy with your new website, we put it on your permanent domain.  Then we train you how to use it, provide easy to follow instructions to refer back to, and hand you the keys.  At that point, your website is live for the world to see.  Don’t worry, we’re still going to keep our eye on it, and we’re always here for any questions you have.

Email Address

Here’s how it works

Once you have your domain name, we’ll get to work on your email address so that it matches your domain name.  Then we will send you the information for your email address that you can start using.

Here’s why you want it

You want to project your business as professional.  An email address from gmail, yahoo, aol, or even worse hotmail or comcast is not very professional.  An email address from your brokerage is ok only if you plan to stay with them forever.  An email address is so simple, yet it is so easy to make you lose credibility if it’s not from your domain name.  Show your clients and potential clients that you are a serious business.

If you have a team, they will need an email address as well.  Each additional team member email address will cost $5/month, which is the price that Google charges us.

Local SEO

Here’s how it works

Once your website is complete, we will submit your business to Google My Business.  Google will send you a postcard in the actual mail in about a week.  Save the postcard, because we’ll need information off of it.  Then we complete your profile, set a radius for the towns you serve, add photos, and everything else.  Once it’s complete, we add you as a manager of the account so you can make any updates as you need to.  Don’t worry, we’re still here to support you.

Here’s why you want it

Almost everyone uses Google to search for things.  Especially people searching for a Realtor in your town.  Local SEO is a great way to improve your search engine ranking over other Realtors’ websites.  Just as important is that your website will get highlighted at the top of the Google page, and your business listing will show up on the right side of the page.  You still need to do things with your website to help your SEO even more, but Google My Business is almost a necessity these days.  Let Agent Sidekick set it up for you!
